Roles & Responsibilities:

• Gathering requirements from the business users using the elicitation techniques – Interviews, Brainstorming Sessions, JAD Sessions and documentation.
• Creating/Drafting user Stories and get this stories reviewed in the Product backlog refinement.
• Actively involved in the user stories estimation and Facilitating the Scrum ceremonies like (Stand up, Backlog Refinement, retrospectives, sprint reviews, sprint planning sessions) etc.
• Define functional enhancements for the features of the product.
• Define UI enhancement requirements so that they are in sync with the platform
• Maintaining the Product backlog and Make sure the team has the stories worth of upcoming sprint capacity
• Managing the scrum process with the coordination of scrum team in Agile methodology
• Participate in the daily scrum of Scrums meeting to plan and resolve any impediments or dependencies with the shared resources
• Review requirements & use cases with stakeholders.
• Helping the product owner to make the product backlogs in good shape and make them ready for the next sprint
• Coach team for adoption of Agile practices
• Serving as a liaison between the Client and development team
• Change impact analysis and management(Feature enhancements to the application)
• Facilitated UAT with the stakeholders
